Total athlete development for Kenyan athletes. All prices in Kenyan Shillings (KSh), paid via M-Pesa in monthly instalments. Based in Nairobi, Kenya.

## TRU.BRONZE
- Price: KSh 7,500 total, paid in monthly instalments
- Duration: 2 months
- Sessions: 4
- Includes: Physiotherapy, rehabilitation and sports nutrition coordination via CareHub Physiotherapy Center

## TRU.SILVER
- Price: KSh 15,000 total, paid in monthly instalments
- Duration: 3 months
- Sessions: 8
- Includes: Physiotherapy, rehabilitation and sports nutrition coordination via CareHub Physiotherapy Center

## TRU.GOLD
- Price: KSh 22,500 total, paid in monthly instalments
- Duration: 4 months
- Sessions: 12 + 1 bonus session (bonus unlocks only after all 4 payments are complete)
- Includes: Physiotherapy, rehabilitation and sports nutrition coordination via CareHub Physiotherapy Center

## Mental Performance Coaching
- Price: From KSh 16,500
- Duration: 3 months
- Format: 1-on-1 or hybrid group coaching
- Includes: Sport psychology coaching for focus, confidence, resilience and pre-competition routines. Educational performance support — not psychotherapy, counselling or medical treatment.

## Notes
- All package payments are non-refundable once a programme starts, except where therouteup cannot deliver purchased sessions (including hybrid group intakes that don't reach minimum group size).
- Access to sessions is contingent on instalments received; missed payments suspend service until paid.
- Packages must be completed within 7 days of the package end date; unused sessions after that expire.
- Physiotherapy, rehabilitation and nutrition services are delivered by CareHub Physiotherapy Center, an independently licensed provider — therouteup coordinates access, scheduling and payment.
